Manage eight Tier 1, 2 & Application Specialists in a mostly Microsoft/O365 environment. Other nice to have skills are Citrix Xenapp and problem solving mobile devices. What is much needed is your proven success as a manager and your experience with metrics, KPI reporting & knowledge of a mature support desk process. Great company with a strong work/life balance.
