Application Technical Support

Southern Maine company well known for its superior working environment and employee satisfaction is looking for a Tier II Application Technical Support person. You will support online transactions, credit retrieval and document archival applications; ensure the success of acquisition & development of new products and services, and provide product expertise and implementation support.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with primary vendors to ensure business needs and priorities are reflected in their product development.
  • Manage the enhancement and development of new eServices products.
  • Coordinate the testing phase of each eServices software release.
  • Develop and execute testing scripts.
  • Manage software upgrades to online systems.
  • Assist in analysis and problem resolution of hardware and software failures.

 

Proven experience with the following Microsoft products preferred:

  • SQL Server  
  • IIS administration
  • SQL
  • Powershell/Batch Scripting
