Desktop Support

This is a full-time, on-site role for an outstanding/stable employer located in Maine. Generous benefits and company perks.  

Daily Responsibilities:

-Provide users of all skill levels with technical support pertaining to desktop Windows (10 &7), Microsoft Office/O365 and a wide variety of desktop applications: configuration, upgrade/installation, troubleshooting… in an Active Directory environment.

-Ensure proper company software standards and licensing policies.

-Troubleshoot & configure PC peripherals (scanners, printers, cameras, etc.) and other devices

-Work closely with your supervisor and team to help develop/improve operational plans and priorities.
