Level 2 Service Support Desk
Excellent opportunity to work from home (Hybrid) providing technical support. You will be a key member of a highly collaborative, growing team and have ample opportunity to earn several certifications and move up within the company.
Using your 2+ years of proven experience, you will provide workstation, server, and network-related technical support services via phone and remote access tools. Your job will be to help ensure your customers have stable, well-functioning network environments. If you enjoy keeping happy customers through proactive and efficient/friendly reactive technical support, and troubleshooting most aspects of their desktop, network and application workplace this job is for you. You can live in southern Maine, NH, VT or upstate NY.
Requires experience in the several of the following areas:
- Windows 7, 8 – Windows Server ‘03, ’08, ‘12
- VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technologies
- Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-spyware
- Backup and Recovery technologies
- Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- Relevant certifications a big plus
Must have a green card or US citizenship. Background and drug testing.
