For this well-established, highly reputable company you will:
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge about the company’s managed services (hosted and on-premises), hardware and software.
- Proactively research the market and generate meetings with prospective clients through personal networking and emails, attending professional gatherings, cold calls, etc…
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients:
- Establish IT Roadmaps (strategy, budget, tactical advice)
- Perform front line communications for all IT related activities
- Establish accurate detail of client critical assets
- Proactively address technology gaps, issues and vulnerabilities within clients’ IT infrastructure – and sell appropriate services & products to address their needs.
