System Administrator

In this hybrid role (only required in-house when necessary for hands-on work) you will be responsible for administering remote monitoring/management system (RMM) and providing end-user support. You will perform build/deploy/imaging and policy management activities, patching and overall workstation and enterprise software system maintenance. You will be a resident SME for RMM solutions, including Microsoft SCCM and ManageEngine Endpoint Central. 

You will be a go-to person when Tier 1 and 2 support staff require your assistance, help mentor them for technical advancement, and initiate workflows to help define and streamline processes. 

Education & Experience:

AS or BS degree and Microsoft certifications desirable. Two plus years’ experience with Remote Monitoring and Management systems such as Microsoft SCCM, SolarWinds, NinjaRMM or ManageEngine Endpoint Central. Technical knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, LAN support experience, including workstations, workstation security and current Microsoft OSs.

Training is provided for this role but this company is looking for solid foundational experience, along with proven self-motivation and high aptitude.
