This role is responsible for tracking incoming services desk requests, clarifying and documenting the software-related issues directly with the customer, and coordinating with all appropriate resources to ensure proper/efficient resolution. The job requires excellent communication, self-management and analytical skills to help identify/pinpoint the technical problem with the customer over the phone and via written communication. Proven abilities to always present a professional and consistent approach is a must.
