DUTIES:

  • Design/build application user interfaces.
  • Establish design methodologies and tool sets.
  • Compare/recommend in-house vs possible purchased system solutions.
  • Build reusable code and libraries; optimize applications for maximum speed/scalability; ensure security and data protection.
  • Design and implement unit, integration and end to end tests.
  • Integrate applications by understanding database architecture and server scripting; study and establish connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
  • Implement web services and APIs.
  • Take advantage of ample opportunities to enhance your professional capabilities by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products, and by participating in educational opportunities and in professional organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent job experience.
  • Success using C#, SQL, Javascript, CSS/HTML
  • Understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.
  • Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems.
  • Agile development methodology experience a plus.

This role requires highly polished customer-facing skills and ability to work effectively within a software development environment – with all stake holders.  You will learn the company products and be able to configure and customize them. The expectation is for you to provide a customer relationship that is full-service, full-life cycle and with flexibility (at times) to meet their working hours within No America. Critical to your success will be your ability to both supply what the customer needs but also challenge/push the customer when appropriate. 

Experience required:

Proven experience as a dedicated Customer-facing Product Owner or several years as a customer-facing Business Analyst in an Agile dev environment.

Experience/comfortable with modern software development planning techniques.

Proven abilities to translate business needs into requirements.

Expertise defining high-quality agile user story documentation and business logic flows.

Technically savvy to comfortably interact with development teams and ‘speak their languages’.

Senior IT Security Analyst

As a senior member & leader of a security team you will provide your expertise toward the development and implementation of an entire in-house Information Security program.  Hands-on and oversight duties include monitoring and analyzing traffic/logs, automating data collection/processes and protecting IT systems and software from malicious activity and technology breaches.  You will participate in and lead security risk assessments, perform and analyze vulnerability scans and remediate/eliminate risk.  You will be hired to provide your expert technical knowledge, standards development, program development, risk assessment, data analysis, reporting and awareness education related to information security.

Education/Experience:

  • Directly relevant Bachelors degree or combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ yrs of experience with information security technologies and IT systems.
  • Experience working in an enterprise and highly regulated environment.
  • GIAC, CISSP, OSCP or CISA certifications highly desired.
